Which is why in this immersive and interactive learning experience, he helps the audience gain the practical tools and knowledge to unapologetically improve their emotional resilience. 

Through interactive and immersive exercises, Wes walks attendees through his positive coping framework: "THE A.R.T plan" which he designed to help others improve their emotional resilience and brainstorm practical ways to manage their mental health.
