Wes is a nationally renowned mental health public speaker spreading his message of hope and resilience to over 100,000 teachers and students across the United States.
As the founder of mental fitness brand Full Hero Wes is on the mission to elevate the world's self esteem one keynote, one hoodie, and one book at a time.

HIS STORY
My name is Alexa Young
Wes had a burning desire to be perfect, but deep down, he felt like an outsider. His social anxiety made school a battlefield, leading to shame and self-doubt.
​
Desperate for acceptance, he tried to hide his struggles, but it only made things worse. In college, he fell into a toxic relationship that shattered his self-worth. Rock bottom and contemplating ending his life, Wes found the strength to seek help.
Through therapy and self-acceptance, he has worked on many of his challenges and serves as a beacon of hope, determined to empower others to confidently manage their emotional well being.
